The RUO-labled nRichDX Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) uses proprietary magnetic beads with anti-EpCAM antibodies to isolate intact, viable epithelial-derived circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from whole blood.
Each kit includes reagents and 12 x 50 mL nRicher Cartridges, enabling high-sensitivity, label-dependent CTC isolation on the nRichDX Revolution System to perform the following CTC isolations from the RBC + Buffy Coat fractions of whole blood*:
- (12) 10 mL preps, or
- (6) 20 mL preps, or
- (3) 40 mL preps
Additional reagents are available via the Revolution CTC Reagent Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 407600).
*Note that RBC + Buffy Coat fraction volume is typically 40% - 45% of the total volume of whole blood.
