Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin)
Easily isolate intact CTCs displaying the EpCAM epitope from blood samples

Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit
PN 407000
Product Summary:
- Gentle Processing- Preserves CTC viability and morphology; supports downstream cell culture
- High Sensitivity - Efficiently enriches CTCs from as little as 1 mL up to 50 mL in a single extraction (inquire for larger sample volumes of up to 100 mL per extraction)
- Simplified Workflow - Streamlined protocol with fewer steps and shorter processing time
The nRichDX Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) uses proprietary magnetic bead technology and anti-EpCAM antibodies to isolate intact, viable epithelial-derived circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from whole blood.
Each kit includes reagents and 12 x 50 mL nRicher Cartridges, enabling high-sensitivity, label-dependent CTC isolation using the nRichDX Revolution System (sold separately). Reagents provided support up to 12 isolations from samples of up to 10 mL per cartridge. Additional reagents are available via the Revolution CTC Reagent Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 407600).
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Revolution CTC Reagent Kit
PN 407600
The Revolution CTC Reagent Kit supplies supplemental reagents to enable complete utilization of any unused nRicher Cartridges contained in the Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 407000 - purchased separately). The Revolution CTC Reagent Kit does not include nRicher Cartridges.
The kit contains the reagents necessary for label-dependent CTC enrichment using the nRichDX Revolution System (purchased separately). Reagent volumes in the Reagent Kit are the same as in the Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 40700) and are adequate for qty. 12 CTC isolations of up to 10 mL of sample per nRicher Cartridge.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Together with other nRichDX Revolution Sample Prep Kits, The Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) may be used in tandem with other Revolution Kits to enrich CTCs, and isolate circulating cell-free total nucleic acid (cfTNA), cfDNA, and cfRNA from the same whole blood sample as shown in the figure below:

For a description of enrichment of CTCs, and extraction of cfDNA, and cfRNA from the same blood sample using the Revolution System, please see the poster from Jafari et al. titled, "Extraction of Multiple Analytes in Liquid Biopsy May Improve the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer" presented at the Cancer Genomics Consortium 2023 Meeting.
