The IVD-labeled Revolution cfTNA Max 20 Kit may be used to isolate circulating cell-free Total Nucleic Acid (cfTNA) or cfRNA, using an optional DNAse digestion step. The kit includes (24) Revolution nRicher Cartridges and sufficient reagents to perform the following cfTNA extractions from plasma or urine:
- (24) 1-5 mL preps, or
- (12) 6-10 mL preps, or
- (8) 11-15 mL preps, or
- (6) 16-20 mL preps
Eluted nucleic acid suitable for NGS, PCR, and other downstream molecular biology assays.
