nRichDX’s Revolution Sample Prep is designed to maximize yield of cfDNA and ctDNA from up to 20 mL of plasma or urine samples. nRichDX and Eppendorf have collaborated to offer a semi-automated Revolution Sample Prep solution for Researchers.*

Revolution Sample Prep is based on familiar Bind-Wash-Elute magbead chemistry. The Semi-Automated Workflow on the Eppendorf epMotion fully automates the wash and elution steps enabling extraction of up to 24 samples per run.

The Revolution epMotion Workflow requires the purchase of the Revolution cfDNA Sample Prep hardware and kits, and the Microvial Tube Rack from nRichDX. The epMotion 5073 instrument is available from Eppendorf.
