The Revolution Plus Sample Prep System enables high-yield purification of cfDNA, cfRNA, and CTCs from a wide range of sample types, including plasma, urine, blood, and other bodily fluids. The system supports input volumes of up to 50 mL for cell-free analytes (cfDNA and cfRNA) and up to 100 mL for CTCs and other applications (e.g., infectious diseases).
The patented technology is centered on the single-use Revolution nRicher Cartridges that combine extraction, enrichment, and concentration without the need for yield-lowering sample transfer steps, re-elutions, or pooling multiple extractions from the same sample. Revolution Sample Prep handles small and large volume extractions with ease.
Revolution Plus is able to operate in two different modes using separate USB Keys. "Kit Mode" for extraction according to the latest approved Revolution Protocol and a user-programmable "Research Mode" (available separately).

Not for use in diagnostic applications." even when the IVD-labeled Revolution Plus Instrument is used in Kit Mode.

The RUO-labled nRichDX Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) uses proprietary magnetic beads with anti-EpCAM antibodies to isolate intact, viable epithelial-derived circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from whole blood.
Each kit includes reagents and 12 x 50 mL nRicher Cartridges, enabling high-sensitivity, label-dependent CTC isolation on the nRichDX Revolution System to perform the following CTC isolations from the RBC + Buffy Coat fractions of whole blood*:
- (12) 10 mL preps, or
- (6) 20 mL preps, or
- (3) 40 mL preps
Additional reagents are available via the Revolution CTC Reagent Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 407600).
*Note that RBC + Buffy Coat fraction volume is typically 40% - 45% of the total volume of whole blood.

The Revolution CTC Reagent Kit supplies supplemental reagents to enable complete utilization of any unused nRicher Cartridges contained in the Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 407000 - purchased separately). The Revolution CTC Reagent Kit does not include nRicher Cartridges.
The RUO-labeled kit contains the reagents necessary for label-dependent CTC enrichment using the nRichDX Revolution System (purchased separately). Reagent volumes in the Reagent Kit are the same as in the Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit - Epithelial Origin (PN 40700) and are adequate for qty. 12 CTC isolations of up to 10 mL of sample per nRicher Cartridge.
